Service Commitment
Suncoast Insurance Associates is committed to providing the highest level of customer service. We
function as partners with our clients' human resource departments. For smaller firms we work with
the company group representative as well as the employees to make sure benefits are understood.
Our first goal when working with a new client is to fully describe our service commitment, which
includes the following performance objectives.
- Collection of data
- Development of proposal request
- Submitting data to insurance markets
- Receipt and review of all proposals received
- Analysis of best proposal
Once the decision has been made and a company plan has been selected:
- Development and installation of communications schedules at all locations
- On site presentation to employees
- Respond to all questions
- Review all enrollment material
- Review of summary plan description
- Customer service as needed in support of human resources
- Periodic on site visits
