• Analysis of best proposal

Once the decision has been made and a company plan has been selected:

• Development and installation of communications schedules at all locations
• On site presentation to employees
• Respond to all questions
• Review all enrollment material
• Review of summary plan description
• Customer service as needed in support of human resources
• Periodic on site visits
